What is included in Commercial Support?
We work closely with you to understand your LNG commercial needs and support the development of strategies, proposals and agreements that maximise value along the value chain, from initial planning through to final negotiation.
What does Organisational Development involve?
We provide tailored training and development programs designed to meet the everchanging needs of organisations operating in the dynamic LNG industry, helping teams build the capability to navigate future challenges.
Which of your services is right for my business?
It depends on your current challenge. If you need hands-on negotiation or agreement support, Commercial Support or Expert Advice may be the best fit. If you’re focused on building long-term internal capability, Organisational Development is likely the better starting point. We’re happy to discuss your specific situation and recommend the right approach
Do you support joint venture formation and governance?
Yes. We bring deep expertise in both forming and running Joint Ventures along with the required governance agreements. We focus on structuring partnerships and establishing governance frameworks that stand the test of time to protect your interests over the long term.
What can I expect from your Expert Advice service?
Independent, specific and detailed advice to support commercial agreements, SPA negotiations, Price Reviews and even disputes or arbitration, drawing on over 20 years of upstream gas and LNG commercial experience.
Do you offer ongoing advisory support, or only one-off consultations?
Both. Some clients engage us for a single piece of expert advice, while others prefer an ongoing advisory relationship to support them through multiple stages of a project or across several negotiations. We’ll structure the engagement around what works best for you.
Can you support remotely and in person?
Absolutely. We often work on site, embedded alongside existing teams to add the required perspective, expertise, capacity, or specialist knowledge. Alternatively remote meetings via Zoom, Teams or any other conferencing facility is possible when travel is impractical or not required.
